Where would you normally use this stainless steel wire cable fitting?

This fitting is used in conjunction with the left hand Swageless M6 Terminal BLACK (SSW077XMB) for use on metal posts.

The swivel feature of the connector allows for this fitting to be used on a staircase where a variable angle is required.

What is it made out of?

Black 316 Stainless Steel.

How does it get fixed to a metal post?

The M6 thread on this fitting will fit into a post that has installed the M6 Rivet Nut with a left-hand thread (IF138X), or M6 Threaded Timber Insert BLACK (SSW048XMB).

Can it be used for exterior applications?

As it is 316 Stainless Steel it is more than suitable to be used inside or outside.
