After the success of our Slim-Line Furniture Legs over the last couple of years, we decided that it was about time that we offered a larger diameter alternative to customers.

Just new to the market, the Swageless range of wire balustrade fittings are the most DIY friendly products available to construct a great looking stainless wire cable balustrade for your deck.

Popular in the USA is a turned timber baluster that has a tapered top rather than the traditional square top. Commonly called Pin Top Balusters, this design looks great on a staircase with painted white balustrade and polished timber handrails and stair treads.

Although our history is based on timber; when it comes to balustrade it is important that we continue to adapt our product range to what is popular. Stainless steel has become a very popular product for balustrade; and more specifically, wire cable has been leading this trend.

Just a quick reminder that we now have a range of stainless steel tube and fittings in 50.8mm and 38.1mm round; all of which are perfect to create stainless steel balustrade.

We recently manufactured 50mm timber dowel in American Oak for a stair builder in Melbourne. They told me that it was for timber screening on the side of a staircase, but was not sure exactly what they meant. Now I know.

A couple of years back we added 2 specially designed eave brackets to our range of treated timber brackets. As eave brackets are not commonly seen on Adelaide homes we had never felt the need to manufacture them, but with our online shop drawing on sales from all over Australia, we decided that it might be worth adding them to our product range, as they are used extensively on homes built in other states of Australia.
