Manufacturing timber mouldings is an easy task when you have the right equipment. Luckily for us, we have high quality machinery to produce both the necessary tooling and the end product.

We needed all of this expertise recently when a customer asked whether we could make a Pelmet and Dentil mould. They had been sourcing this product from overseas, but they were not happy with what they were getting.

Produced as two seperate parts; the Pelmet part of the mould was easy, but the Dentil section (the piece with notches out of it) was a much greater challenge.

After a bit of trial and error we worked out a solution, which can be seen in the photos below. The end result was one that both of us were very happy with.
