Since 1946, we have been turning and supplying Australians with a popular range of turned timber products. In recent decades, we have expanded that range even further, to include stainless steel, metal staircase components and building materials. We are excited to announce our expansion into New Zealand, with a range of products including stair and fence post capitals, timber corbels, furniture legs, roof finials, verandah and eave brackets, and stainless steel balustrading wire, fittings and tools.

At the time of Peter's retirement, the national average time spent in a single job is 3.3 years and back in the 1970s this was 7-10 years. EWP (Engineered Wood Product) is real timber! It is made by stacking and gluing together multiple thin layers (or veneers) of solid timber on top of one another, usually with the grain running in the same direction. These layers are then compressed and glued together to form a strong, stable, and uniform piece of timber that can be used in visible, finished applications, such as stair treads, handrails, and wall panelling.
