38.1mm Round Stainless Steel

38.1mm round stainless steel tube (or 1.5" inch) and fittings can be used for a range of different do-it-yourself projects, including creating a stainless handrail. Available in a mirror or satin finish in a 316 grade that is suitable for both internal and external use, they're perfect for your average do-it-yourselfer, or qualified installer looking for an easier install.

No welding is required with these fittings, as they're designed to be joined together using stainless steel glue! They're modular, fit together easily, and can be used on a wide variety of projects.

38.1mm stainless steel tube can also be used as part of a handrail as it complies with Australian building and disability standards. It can be paired with many of our other DIY stair and balustrade parts to form part of a balustrade, staircase or deck.

38.1mm outside diameter tube is also the perfect building material, as it's marine-grade stainless steel, making it suitable for all sorts of environments and situations. When maintained properly, it's extremely rust and stain resistant.
