Treated fence post capitals have been part of the HAMMERSMITH product range for many years, and over this time we have made a heap of different designs to suit various sized fence posts.

One shape that has proved popular is the Acorn. Measuring 93mm in diameter, it is designed to be used on a 90x90 or 100x100mm fence post.

It is manufactured from Radiata Pine and is then H3 treated after turning, so that it can be used outside.

Even though it is treated, we still recommend painting it before or after fixing it to the top of a fence post.
