It is always a nice feeling when you see one of the products that you manufacture being put to good use. This was the case recently, when driving through a neighbouring suburb here in Adelaide, I came across this great looking timber fence that had our treated pyramid fence post capitals on it.

In this particular case it was our 115mm design, the AC032R; but this is just one of eight different sizes that we produce in this particular design. Our most popular is the one used on a 90x90mm fence post.

These post caps are produced from plantation grown Radiata Pine and then LOSP treated afterwards. They can be easily fixed to the top of the post using a good exterior adhesive such as Titebond Ultimate 3 (which we just happen to sell !). Once fixed, we highly recommend that they be painted, as this will reduce the chance of the timber cracking or bending.
