When installing stainless wire cable balustrade it is important that you get the correct tension on the cable so that it can comply with Australian building regulations. Up until now this required either guess work as to how tight you needed to make the cable or you had to invest in a measuring device that was worth hundreds of dollars.

Now there is a budget priced gauge that makes quick work of getting the required tension. It works on 2.5mm, 3.2mm and 4.0mm stainless wire cable in either a 1x19 or 7x7 configuration.
