Unique Galvanised Fitting Applications
One of the best things about our galvanised fittings is just how versatile they are. While certainly most of our customers will use them to build handrailing and balustrades, we’ve also seen them used in some specialised, odd jobs. Here, galvanised base plates have been used build a bench in a service station… but more and more lately we’ve also been selling them to customers who are looking to build at home gym equipment or ballet barres.

Black Metal Post Caps
They say Orange Is the New Black, but we beg to differ. 2019 saw a massive increase in demand for black powder coated products, and three months into 2020 the demand hasn’t shown any signs of slowing down. From faucets to door handles, to handrail brackets and balusters, everything has to be black. To keep up with the interest and demand, we introduced a small selection of metal post caps to our range- and I’m sure you can guess which colour/finish proved to be the most popular.

Well... we’d like to think that this video of our woodturning machine creating perfectly symmetrical balls would take out the number one spot every time. While at first glance this might look like a streamlined, simple process, making a perfect sphere actually takes a lot of patience, and experience (and the right machinery). Keyhole Handrail Profile
Years ago, we ran a keyhole shaped handrail for a customer of ours who liked to use the profile in aged care facilities. Being that it was such an obscure shape, and used for such a specific purpose, we never thought we’d be asked to run it again- but we were wrong!
