Description

A plantation grown poplar post cap designed to suit a 90 x 90mm stair or newel post. It is sanded ready and ready to paint.
Poplar is a timber similar to radiata pine.

These budget post capitals are perfect for those looking for a lower cost alternative to the pyramid or scalloped post capitals, or those looking for a slim, simple stair post capital.

On the bottom there is a 90 x 90mm rebate that allows the cap to fit over the post.

How should you finish it?
We suggest that it should only be used for painting purposes.
If wanting to stain and lacquer, we suggest using one of our other timber caps.
