Description
Where would you normally use treated timber verandah posts?
As a decorative support post, perhaps on a balcony or verandah.
What is it made out of?
Plantation grown Radiata Pine that has been finger jointed and laminted for stability.
It is H3 treated for external application, and is suitable for above ground use.
It comes already primed.
How should you finish it?
It is already primed, so all that needs to be done is to add at least 2 coats of the final colour in either a water or oil based paint.
Leaving it unfinished is not recommended.
Speak to your local paint retailer for more info.
