A Victorian Ash Ball Top/Cap designed to suit a 90 x 90mm plain stair or newel post or turned post. It is pre-sanded ready and ready to paint or stain.

This style of post cap/top pairs perfectly with the Tasman and fluted stair post ranges, and is most often used in heritage builds or restorations. It can also add a Hamptons flair to new builds.

How should you finish it?
If looking for a natural finish, then a clear lacquer will be fine; or you can use a stain to achieve your desired colour and then use a clear lacquer to finish it off.
